Join Russo Italian Restaurant on May 19th for an exclusive, COVID-safe wine dinner featuring Braida Wines.
The dinner, served in the beautiful “wine cave” at Russo, will include a specially-designed 5-course menu from Chef Tim Russo, paired with wines from Braida.
The event will be hosted virtually by Braida owner, Dr. Norbert Reinisch who will share stories and history of the Bologna family and the world-famous Braida wines of Piedmont. In addition, Executive Chef Tim Russo and restaurant owner Ed Russo will discuss the menu and representatives from the Boston Wine Company will be on hand to pour and discuss the wine.
