To celebrate the Worcester Wine Festival, we’ve teamed up with Frank Family Vineyards for our Signature Wine Dinner to be held at Russo Italian Restaurant.
Executive Chef Tim Russo’s 5-course menu will be paired with fine wines from the coveted Frank Family Vineyards. Frank Family Vineyards’ Northeast Manager, Liza Gallia will be on hand for this exceptional dinner.
1st Course: Seared Skate, Yellow Tomatoes and Gremolata
Paired with 2019 Carneros Chardonnay
2nd Course: Thyme Roasted Mushrooms, Guanciale, Celery Leaf and Egg
Paired with 2019 Carneros Pinot Noir
3rd Course: Duck Breast, Asian Greens and Plum
Paired with 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
4th Course: Grilled Lamb, Watercress, Potato and Cipollini Onion
