Please join us at Russo Italian Restaurant on October 6, 2022 for an exclusive Chef’s Tasting Sicilian wine dinner. 

The menu will be left to the fancy of Executive Chef Tim Russo – and won’t published prior to the dinner, but guests can plan on it being interesting and unique, not traditional Italian American cuisine.

Patrick Suleski, Sommelier and Beverage Director, will pair each course with wines selected to enhance the overall dining experience and amplify the flavors of the food. Featured wines will be:

• 2020 Giovanni Rosso Etna Bianco
• 2018 Santa Tresa Cerasuolo di Vitoria
• 2016 Giovanni Rosso Etna Rosso
• Santa Tresa Brut NV

The Sicilian wine dinner will served in the beautiful “wine cave” at Russo, with an Aperitivo at 6:00pm and the first course served at 6:30pm.
